Returns & Refunds

• Customers must verify that the merchandise received matches their order before decorating, altering, or washing the items.
• Product claims must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods.
• Goods must be returned in their original condition, along with a copy of the original packing slip.
• Returns require prior authorization from Bell Rangers, and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code must be obtained before sending any returns.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was shipped in error or is defective.
• Samples and clearance/sale items are non-returnable.
• A 15% restocking fee may be applied to approved returns.

Refund Process

Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
